That said, in our experience as real estate professionals, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies, like the Market Snapshot Report, are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide.

Occupation

  • Prior to joining Lisa Barnes Properties Realty, Jorge was a Fulbright Scholar hand-selected to be educated at the University of his choosing.
  • Jorge obtained his Masters as a Mechanical Engineer in Automation Controls and joined the Oil & Gas industry working as a top level Design Systems Engineer.
  • Jorge began investing in Real Estate and soon became a Focus Group Leader at the prestigious Real Estate Club of Houston.
  • Together, Jorge and Suzanna lead the Galleria Area Cashflow Investment Game Group, training new investors once a month.
  • Jorge and Suzanna chose a career at Lisa Barnes Properties over a larger brokerage firm because she leads a specialized team of hand-selected agents whom she supports and trains within a boutique firm mentality.
  • Suzanna comes with a Marketing Degree and a background in Corporate Sales and Property Management.
  • Suzanna left Trammell Crow Residential Services to care for their first and newborn son.
  • The couple resides in Bellaire, TX and has joined forces in their passion of Real Estate as Realtors® in the Bellaire, West U, and surrounding Houston areas.

Recreation

  • Traveling – We get away every quarter to focus on our personal relationship
  • Cooking – Suzanna has a passion for cooking with an international flair.
  • Real-Estate Investing – Jorge loves spending free time understanding current market trends and investing.
  • Church activities – Both are actively involved in serving within their church in various capacities.
